We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Merchandiser. This entry-level role is the backbone of our field operations, focusing on ensuring our clients’ products are perfectly stocked and displayed across retail and wholesale outlets. You could be the ideal candidate if youre ready to roll up your sleeves and excel in a hands-on environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing all sales and merchandising activities on their defined route plan. This means ensuring shelves are fully stocked, displays are compliant with planograms, and promotional materials are correctly implemented to attract shoppers and boost sales. You thrive when managing your own time and performance, and you take pride in attention to detail. You are natural at building professional relationships with store managers, and you’re committed to exceeding customer expectations. This role requires strong self-management and a willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement within the team. Grade 12 National Certificate in Wholesale and Retail Operations – Merchandising (or equivalent). Entry level role No prior experience required .
