About the Role
Secure Jobs is seeking experienced National Property Agents, Rental Agents, Administrators, Developers/Commercial Sales Consultants, and Mauritius Property Agents to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Sustain basic salary for the first 36 months while building sales pipeline
- Attend networking functions throughout the year
- Cold call over 100 calls a week and turn around 15 interests
- Manage cellphone, fuel, marketing, and vehicle costs as personal expenses
- Meet additional earning structures and commission breakdowns discussed during interviews
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) plus a relevant diploma/degree (advantageous)
- 35 years proven sales experience
- Experience in property sales, rentals, commercial property, or development is a strong advantage
- Professional, dynamic, dedicated, hardworking, and well-spoken
- Reliable vehicle and valid drivers licence
