Minimum Requirements: Undergraduate qualification (NQF level 7). 3 years experience in Office Management and Administration Support, preferably at a senior level. 3 Years experience at a Higher Education Institution. Responsibilities Include: Office Administration, including, Secretarial role to the Director Management of the office and diary of the Director, bearing in mind the complexity of managing the Directors activities across campuses. Records keeping for audit, asset management and resource control purposes Financial administration for operational budgeting and spending Compiling information for ongoing reporting Provides an effective interface between the Directors office and all levels of the University community. Event coordination and management, including administration of the relevant meetings (agenda compilation, minutes and reports) Implement administrative functions of stakeholders, including HODs and faculties related to the Director Communication with internal and external stakeholders Travel management, including bookings for local and international trips for the department Competencies: Strategic communication and intercultural competence Operational and administrative expertise Programme and project management Data literacy and reporting Basic financial literacy Closing Date: 26 October 2025 Interested applicants who meet the criteria are invited to:
