• Issuing new policies, renewals, and endorsements

• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and internal stakeholders

• Recording details and information on the relevant systems

• General office assistance and administration

Requirements

• Grade 12

• Fully computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)

• NQF 4 Short-term Insurance Certificate

• RE5 Certificate

• Class of Business & Product Training completed

• Minimum of 10 years short-term insurance experience in commercial lines

• Experience on Tial, Santam Policy Centre, and OMI systems (essential)

• DOFA confirmation from FSCA
