Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate & Create: Partner with relevant stakeholders to prepare initial briefs and develop innovative store layouts that incorporate the latest trends and specifications in the built environment.
- Measure & Document: Conduct onsite measurements of existing structures, create as-built plans, and maintain an up-to-date asset register for new and existing stores.
- Design Excellence: Prepare detailed working drawings for site execution, including new and existing store layout plans, and create stunning 3D presentations for interior design aesthetics.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends by researching new design concepts, equipment, and specifications to implement in retail spaces.
- Teamwork & Deadline Focused: Work within a collaborative team environment to achieve goals and meet project deadlines efficiently.
- Store Visuals: Capture photos of existing and new store environments to showcase your work and demonstrate the transformation of spaces.
- Space Planning Expertise: Apply your knowledge and skills in space planning to create functional and visually appealing retail layouts that enhance the customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Matric with a Diploma in Interior Design or Architectural Draughting.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit. Knowledge of CoreIDraw is advantageous.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion & Motivation: Eager to learn, self-driven, and a dedicated team player committed to excellence.
