Description:
Hire Resolve`s Client is currently looking for a Business Improvement Advisor (Training) to join their company based in Gauteng.
 

Responsibilities:

• Organize and deliver expert services such as coaching, training facilitation, curriculum design, and integration of training systems.
• Oversee and update the customer learning programs, including maintaining training records and generating routine reports.
• Perform training needs assessments using client data to pinpoint improvement opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across multiple departments.
• Travel to sites as needed to provide on-the-ground coaching, support local trainers, and spearhead improvement projects.

Requirements:

• Delivering high-quality training, coaching and learning outcomes.
• Proven experience in training and coaching delivery, with a track record of engaging and educating
  diverse audiences effectively
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to extract actionable insights from data sets.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially MS Excel, for data manipulation and reporting.
• Willing to travel extensively.

• Salary:

  R750 000 – R850 000 P/A
