Roles and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and confirm daily outbound deliveries with customers and third-party logistics (3PL) providers. Generate and process invoices, sales orders, and picking slips accurately and timeously. Ensure all deliveries are booked, confirmed, and tracked using the companys logistics applications. Import and manage orders using the Acumatica ERP system. Handle credit note requests and ensure appropriate billing for courier/SAD documentation fees. Monitor customer accounts for credit limits and confirm clearance of COD payments before dispatch. Arrange backhaul collections, truck rentals, and customer self-collections as needed. Ensure all documentation is correctly filed and delivery discrepancies are reported immediately. Maintain the Open Sales Order Report with accurate PO numbers and due dates. Act as backup support to the Invoice Clerk / Dispatch Logistics Assistant where required. Minimum Requirements: Education: Matric (Grade 12) Finance or accounting qualification is advantageous.
