Qualifications and Experience:

Matric
Finance related tertiary qualification would be advantageous
Computer literate and intermediate Microsoft Excel 
Experience in a retail environment and/or stock room/warehouse environment
Drivers License and own reliable vehicle 

Responsibilities and duties:

• Conducting official on-site stock takes
• Reporting findings to the area manager, stock administrator and the business
• Supporting and training staff with regards to proper inventory management and stock movement
• Knowing, understanding and enforcing stock movement policies and procedures within stores (and where necessary suggestion improvement to existing procedures or proposing a new procedure for a loophole uncovered)
• Extensive traveling to sites for on-site stock taking
• Basic troubleshooting on scanners
• Adhoc duties when needed regarding weekly count monitoring, notion updating, queries from stores, adjustments for head office
