Experience: 5-7 years in web design, development, UI/UX, and graphic design. Proven leadership in web projects and mentoring. Expertise in front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and WordPress CMS. Strong UI/UX design process knowledge (research to prototyping). Solid portfolio of work using Adobe Creative Suite & Figma. Experience collaborating with back-end developers, implementing SEO, optimizing performance, and ensuring quality. Familiarity with version control (Git). Familiarity/experience in the Fintech industry advantageous Qualifications: Bachelor`s degree in relevant field (or equivalent experience). Mastery of front-end technologies and UI/UX principles. Proficiency in graphic design software and WordPress. Understanding of responsive design, SEO, accessibility. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
