Non-Negotiable Requirements 3 Phase Installation Electrician qualification 3–5 years’ experience in fault finding, system integration, and solar installations Strong computer literacy (MS Office, SAP/ERP, and job-specific systems) Proven knowledge of production, engineering, sales, and marketing processes Valid driver’s licence Key Responsibilities Deliver reliable technical support with minimal disruptions and high uptime Conduct fault finding and root cause analysis (RCA), providing reports per case Provide proactive technical updates and resolve issues within SLA Plan and execute preventative maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to schedules Reduce equipment downtime through structured maintenance planning Ensure compliance with ISO maintenance standards, HSE regulations, and audits Maintain accurate compliance records and achieve high audit scores Resolve customer queries within SLA, ensuring high satisfaction and reduced complaints Support lab, storeman, and remote monitoring team members Skills & Competencies Proactive and action-oriented Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Planning and organisational skills Resilient and adaptable under pressure Strong verbal and written communication skills Customer-focused with relationship-building ability KPIs Include Technical issues resolved within SLA and minimal repeat incidents Maintenance plan adherence and preventative maintenance completion Compliance audit scores achieved with zero major non-conformances High customer satisfaction with queries resolved promptly Minimal equipment downtime and optimised use of resources To Apply Only candidates who meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
