Manage mill/ quality/ extraction/ conditioning/ milling gain/ housekeeping/ admin,/ downtime/ production staff/ communicate settings to Superiors/ deep cleaning as per schedule/ compliance with policies/ SOP/ CIP/ OPRPs are managed effectively. Be part of Food Safety Mngt/ Safety/ Quality teams/ sampling & testing raw materials as per SOP / traceability through milling process/ milled to specs/ compliance to FSSC 22 000 standards/ quality/ weight specs/ mngt measuring equipment. Ensure mix back stock cntl using FIFO/ infestation/ quality/ ensure products packed out accordingly to packing/ flushed as per flushing SOP. Comply to milling divide and set/ maintain mill accordingly/ plant must be dust/ air/ spillage/ water leakage free/ optimum equip. efficiency with job card system at all times.
