ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and maintain strong client relationships.Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.Prepare proposals, technical documentation, and quotations.Attend site visits and provide after-sales support.Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads.Collaborate with production & maintenance teams to ensure product stocks.Monitor logistics and sales.Compile monthly reports for the sales departments performance.Manage and update pricing systems.Advice clients on the application for our products.Conduct forward planning with Production department based on customer orders.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSGrade 12 Must have a good working knowledge of mathematics and computer literacy.Must be friendly, helpful, and able to assist customers.Technical knowledge based on production and product application.Fluent in English.EXPERIENCE:Minimum 2/3 years of progressively responsible experience in customer relationsMinimum 5 years, knowledge in the building industry and quarry.The ideal candidate should be of sober habits and trustworthy in nature.
