Job Summary

RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced DISTRIBUTION SALES EXECUTIVE (FMCG INDUSTRY) for a large, well-established concern, position based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. JOB DESCRIPTION Grade 12. Valid drivers license / own reliable transport is required. English speaking person (must be able to speak, read and write English competently). Relevant qualification/s (industry related). Competent computer skills (Email / MS Office). 5yrs previous sales experience in the FMCG industry is essential). Well-founded and traceable sales representative experience is required. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for pipeline management and customer relationship management. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Person will report directly to Directors. Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and negotiate with customers. presentation and persuasion skills to showcase product features and benefits.
