About the Role
Aim Personnel Services is seeking an experienced Laboratory Co-ordinator to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microbiology and supervisory experience, with a focus on ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical service to operations, quality, Food Safety, transfere, blending and Testing
- Work on Syspro or Opsuite systems
- Supervise laboratory staff and coordinate laboratory activities
Requirements
- BSc Microbiology degree
- 2 years supervisory experience in a food production environment
- HACCP/ISO safety certification
- Proficiency in using Syspro or Opsuite systems
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications: BSc Microbiology degree
