About the Role
We are seeking a strong, target-driven Sales Executive to join our client’s team in Durban. As a Sales Executive at our hotel, you will work closely with the Hotel Sales Manager and support cross-selling across sister properties where relevant. The ideal candidate will have hotel sales experience, preferably in the Corporate/Government segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Hotel Sales Manager to achieve sales targets
- Support cross-selling across sister properties where relevant
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Identify new business opportunities and pursue them
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the hotel management
Requirements
- Strong hotel sales experience (Corporate/Government segment preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic gross salary per month: R20 000 – R25 000, with pension medical aid (50/50 employer/employee contribution)
