Role Overview: The Warehouse Managers Assistant supports the Warehouse Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations. This includes inventory management, order processing, ERP system updates, and coordination with internal teams and suppliers. Core Responsibilities: Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily warehouse operations Support inventory management and stock control processes Process orders and update records in SWIFT ERP, SYNC, or similar systems Coordinate with warehouse staff, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Support reporting and documentation requirements as needed Essential Skills & Qualifications: Experience with SWIFT ERP, SYNC, or similar systems Relevant experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution Knowledge of stock control and dispatch. Strong organizational and communication skills Attention to detail for accurate stock and record management Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
