Job Summary

Netherlands is searching for an experienced
Process Optimization Engineer to drive
process optimization, automation upgrades, and technical improvement projects in their world-class production facilities. If you’re a qualified mechanical engineer with a passion for data-driven efficiency and high-tech environments, this is your chance to build an international career in a
regulated, robotics-driven setting.
Non-Negotiable
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Proven experience in technical improvement projects within production environments
Strong grasp of automated systems, robotics, and data analytics
Solid understanding of production flows, control systems, and optimization strategies
Comfortable working in GMP or similarly regulated environments
Valid passport & driver’s license
Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands for long-term opportunities
Afrikaans fluency (spoken & written, VISA requirement)
Job Experience & Skills Required:
? Hands-on project work focused on efficiency, process improvement, and system upgrades
? Ability to analyze production data and implement performance enhancements
? Familiarity with robotics, PLCs, precision machinery, and automated lines
? Previous experience in industries such as FMCG, automotive, medical devices, or chemical/biotech
? Collaborative mindset and experience working in cross-functional teams
