•  5 + years of experience as a technician, preferably with Renault or other European vehicle brands
• Renault master technician certification or equivalent
• In-depth knowledge of Renault vehicles including electrical, mechanical and technical systems
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues and managers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively 
• High school diploma or equivalent, post secondary education in a related field preferred

Key responsibility

• Diagnose and repair complex faults on Renault vehicles, including electrical, mechanical and technical issues
• Conduct thorough inspections and testing to identify root causes of problems
• Develop and implement repair plans including estimating costs and obtaining customer approval
• Mentor and support other technicians sharing knowledge and expertise to improve team performance
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Renault technologies and repair methods attending training and development programs as required
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of work including repair orders and customer communication
• Collaborate with other departments including sales and service to ensure seamless customer experiences
