Key Responsibilities: Oversee all mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, lifts, generators, and power systems. Lead energy efficiency and sustainability efforts, including the integration of alternative energy solutions. Manage internal staff and external contractors to ensure high service standards and compliance. Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations (OHS and SHE). Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term maintenance plans. Ensure all technical operations align with internal policies and statutory requirements. Minimum Requirements: National Diploma (T4/S4) or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is essential. At least 57 years of experience in a technical facilities role, preferably in a large-scale environment. Solid understanding of contract and project management, as well as property infrastructure. Strong computer literacy (MS Office) and financial acumen. Ideal Candidate: Methodical, driven, and solutions-focused. Strong communication and team leadership skills.
