We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney with 4-5 years of experience to join our client`s team in Cape Town, Western Cape . This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with a strong background in family law, conveyancing, and commercial law, who is also ready to take on leadership responsibilities in managing a new branch. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert legal services in family law, including divorce, custody, maintenance, etc. Handle conveyancing and commercial law matters as required Lead and manage a new branch, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service delivery Engage in negotiations and dispute resolution to secure the best outcomes for clients Advise clients on a range of legal matters, ensuring clarity and understanding Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative and effective work environment Build and maintain client relationships to ensure long-term business success Ensure compliance with legal procedures and industry regulations Requirements: LLB degree (or equivalent) and relevant legal qualifications Admitted attorney in South Africa with 4-5 years of experience in family law (additional experience in conveyancing and commercial law is advantageous) Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal issues for clients Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing teams and operations Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach Highly organised and able to manage a busy caseload with efficiency and attention to detail Desirable Skills: Experience managing a branch or legal office Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines A proactive and adaptable attitude, with a strong desire to grow and develop in the role Please note that only experienced candidates will be considered and contacted.
