Education & Experience Requirements: Recognized welding qualification or certification. Minimum of 5 years of experience in welding, particularly in the maritime or mining industries. Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques. Skills & Competencies: Strong technical skills in welding and metalworking. High attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality. Ability to work at heights and handle physically demanding tasks.
