Job Summary
Employer Description Heavy Machinery Manufacturing Company Job Description Ensure accurate information gathering for monthly management and financial reports. Review of all contracts, generate invoices and present customer monthly reports. Implement and manage administrative and accounting systems and procedures. Monitor compliance of department and company procedures. Implementing improvement and corrective action to meet or exceed all KPIs. Develop a training program to ensure staff are competent to perform their duties. Preparation of the annual budgets and forecasts. Ensure quotations and bids are effectively reviewed, relative to price, terms and risk. Ensure that the highest standards of Corporate Governance are adhered to. Qualifications Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting Skills Pastel or any other ERP System Staff Management Local and International exposure Salary/Package R700K R900K Benefits Medical Aid Provident Fund
