As we continue to grow, were looking for a skilled Senior Claims Technician to join our dynamic team. About the Role: The Senior Claims Technician will play a key role in our Claims team, responsible for efficiently and professionally settling personal and commercial short-term insurance claims. This position requires a confident and experienced individual who can work under binder agreements and uphold our reputation for exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities: Manage and settle personal and commercial short-term insurance claims Operate within the binder agreements and handle claims settlement mandates Liaise with insurers, clients, and service providers Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal processes Provide support and guidance to junior claims staff Maintain accurate records using Cardinal C360 Check and sign off on claims Requirements: ✅ 5 10 years of experience in short-term insurance claims (personal & commercial lines) ✅ Proven ability to manage claims settling mandates as a Solid Binder Broker ✅ Must have FAIS accreditation and RE certification ✅ Experience with the Cardinal C360 system is required ✅ Must reside within a 15km radius of the office – proximity is crucial for this role ✅ Previous management or supervisory experience will be a strong advantage Brief Company Description: With over 30 years of proven expertise in the short-term insurance market, we deliver tailored insurance solutions designed to protect what matters most.
