R12,000 R14,000 per month | Negotiable Depending on Experience | Live-Out Position
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a well-presented and enthusiastic Assistant Wine Studio Manager for a prestigious luxury wine estate based in the heart of Franschhoek. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality and wine enthusiast to join a dynamic team in a renowned wine destination.
Key
Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily operations of the wine studio, ensuring smooth and efficient service

Support the Wine Studio Manager in staff supervision and shift coordination
-
Provide exceptional guest experiences through wine tastings and product knowledge
-
Ensure that the tasting room is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming at all times
-
Handle guest inquiries and sales in a professional manner
-
Assist in stock control, inventory management, and POS operations
-
Contribute to the planning and execution of events and promotions
-
Uphold the highest standards of service and product presentation
Requirements:
-
Previous experience in a similar role within a wine estate or hospitality environment

Knowledge and passion for wine and wine service
-
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
-
Well-groomed and professional with a positive attitude
-
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

Excellent communication and organizational abilities
-
A team player with a hands-on approach and willingness to grow within the role
