Key Responsibilities:

? Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes across assigned sections

? Work closely with senior chefs to ensure consistency in standards and presentation

? Support stock rotation, ordering, and proper storage of ingredients

Contribute to the smooth running of kitchen operations during service

? Demonstrate enthusiasm, creativity, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills

Requirements:

? Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Commis Chef within fine dining or luxury hospitality

? Strong technical cooking skills and a passion for culinary excellence

? Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

? Good knowledge of kitchen operations, stock management, and food safety regulations

? A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the role
