The Financial Manager will be responsible for the full financial management function of the business, ensuring accurate reporting, cost control, budgeting, compliance, and financial leadership within the hospitality and winery environments. This role requires a strategic, detail-oriented professional who can manage a finance team, drive operational efficiencies, and support executive decision-making. The Financial Manager will provide support to the Regional Director of Operational Finance and Head of Reporting Finance in all accounting, compliance and business practises QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE · BCom Accounting or equivalent degree. · Completion of SAICA articles. · Minimum of 5 years’ post-article experience in financial management or senior accounting. · Experience in the hospitality industry would be an advantage with restaurant Point of Sale and Property Management systems knowledge. · Proficient knowledge of Sage X3.
