Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.

• Support the Restaurant Manager in supervising and motivating the team.

• Assist with staff training, development, and performance management.

• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a luxury or fine dining restaurant is preferred.

• Professional, well-presented, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
