About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor for a luxury wine estate hotel based in Franschhoek. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage overnight hotel operations independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile daily sales reports and nightly cash handling
- Process guest check-outs and prepare rooms for next-day arrivals
- Manage room inventory and ensure accurate reporting
- Perform various administrative tasks as required by management
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hospitality environment
- Previous Night Auditor or Front Office experience advantageous
- Strong numerical and reconciliation skills
- Computer literate with experience on hotel management systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remain alert during night shifts
