About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Restaurant Manager to join a prestigious luxury restaurant group based in Franschhoek. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences

- Implement and maintain operational standards, policies, and procedures
- Monitor financial performance and assist with budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost controls
