The estate is searching for a confident and energetic Restaurant Supervisor to join their vibrant Food and Beverage Team ✨ What the role involves: • Overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring a smooth service flow • Leading, motivating and supporting the front of house team • Upholding top tier service standards and guest satisfaction • Assisting with training, stock control, reservations and floor coordination • Working closely with management to enhance the overall dining experience What’s needed: • A relevant hospitality qualification or similar • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a high end restaurant • Excellent communication and team leadership skills • Strong organisational ability and a keen eye for detail • A professional, guest focused approach with a warm personality Salary: R16 000 to R18 000 depending on experience Accommodation: Live out If you do not hear back within two weeks, kindly consider your application unsuccessful.
