About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Butler / Guest Experience Host to join our team at Luxury Boutique Manor in Franschhoek. As the main point of contact for our guests, you will deliver exceptional, discreet service and create unforgettable experiences for our valued visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and host guests from arrival to departure
- Provide personalised butler-style service and act as the main point of contact for guests
- Prepare and serve breakfast, refreshments, cocktails and light meals
- Assist with special guest requests
- Offer concierge services and local recommendations
- Support daily operations and liaise with housekeeping and management
- Maintain exceptional service standards and attention to detail
Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations or show house/private residence service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must live in Paarl, Franschhoek or Stellenbosch
- Well-presented, professional and discreet
- Flexible to work weekends, evenings and public holidays
- Strong service ethic and ability to anticipate guest needs
- Cooking experience
