About the Role
The VKB Group, an agricultural company, is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the Retail Branch in Reitz. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the profitable management of the branch, ensuring alignment with our strategic and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial management of business unit
- Stock management within the VKB Group framework
- Personnel management including mentoring of staff
- General management to ensure all VKB Policies are applied
- Excellent customer service including dealing with queries and complaints
- Ability to be creative in striving to continuously exceed goals and targets
- Ensure business unit complies with all relevant legislation
- Continuously adding value to the industry
Requirements
- Grade 12/NQF 4
- 5 – 7 years’ experience in the management of a Retail Branch
- Proven Track record in the positive management of an agri-business
- Ability to manage medium to large teams
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (if applicable)
