About the Role
Our client in the Milling & Animal Feed sector is seeking an experienced Farm Foreman to join their Mixed Farming operation. With a strong mechanical background and a passion for farm life, you’ll play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, leading teams, and ensuring the smooth running of the farm.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cattle herd under irrigation
- Perform general farm equipment maintenance
- Maintain fire safety and prevention measures
- Oversee maize & pasture cultivation under irrigation
- Lead with heart and lead by example
Requirements
- 5 years experience in day-to-day operational management
- Experience in cattle herd management
- Mechanical background for general farm equipment maintenance
- Valid drivers license for staff transportation
- Staff management experience for leading teams
- Hands-on basic farm maintenance skills
