About the Role
Join Hire Resolve’s client in Wellington is seeking a skilled Concrete Foreman to oversee concrete construction projects. As a leading company in the civil road construction industry, they require a talented individual with strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of concrete construction techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize labour and materials for concrete construction projects
- Supervise construction teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of concrete construction
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Concrete Foreman in civil road construction
- Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate construction teams
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in construction
- Valid driver’s license
- Preferably a resident of Wellington or willing to relocate
