About the Role

Join Hire Resolve’s client in Wellington is seeking a skilled Concrete Foreman to oversee concrete construction projects. As a leading company in the civil road construction industry, they require a talented individual with strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of concrete construction techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize labour and materials for concrete construction projects
  • Supervise construction teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of concrete construction

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Concrete Foreman in civil road construction
  • Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques and materials
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and coordinate construction teams
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in construction
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Preferably a resident of Wellington or willing to relocate
