What You`ll Do:

• Dive into day-to-day electrical maintenance, making sure everything meets safety codes and runs efficiently.
• Operate and care for all workshop and farm tools, ensuring they’re always ready for action.
• Take ownership of your work by keeping accurate records and reporting any issues right away.
• Be part of exciting projects that push your skills further.
• Keep our workshop in tip-top shape—a safe, clean, and organized environment is your domain.
• Occasionally step into other farm roles, gaining a broader understanding of our operations.
• Enjoy the balance of independence in your work while being supported by a team that values your input.
• Carry out weekend work when required.  
• Adhere to and obey all company safety rules and regulations.

Who We`re Looking For: You’re not just someone with an electrical background—you’re a problem solver who thrives under pressure. You can plan and work independently, yet you know the value of being part of a team. You communicate effectively, ensuring that everyone is on the same page, and you take pride in the accuracy of your work.
You bring:

• A Grade 12 certificate and an N3 Electrical qualification.
• An understanding of water systems (a bonus, but we can teach you if not!).
• The ability to follow instructions and adapt to the fast-paced demands of our farm.
• Strong self-management skills and a passion for doing things right the first time.
