Job Summary
Front Desk Coordinator needed in Glen Marais-Kempton Park
- A Certificate/ Diploma in Beauty is a BONUS
- MUST have 2-5 years of working experience as a Front Desk Coordinator doing all FDC duties.
- MUST have Head Start SYSTEMS hands-on experience.
- MUST be able to speak, Afrikaans & English (Both languages)
- PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE OF: LAMELLE, RegimA & Heliocare
- MUST BE a Non-Smoker.
- MUST be well groomed and bubbly but well organized.
- MUST be able to assist with operating & running Front Desk duties
- Daily, weekly, and monthly stock take
- Normal Administrative responsibilities include answering phones, WhatsApp, Emailing, receiving payments, and receiving stock.
- Managing all stock (including issuing stock for therapists) and All Social Media (making content and managing pages). Creative thinking for example when the salon is quiet – to think about what can be done
- Be well-groomed, well-spoken, and look presentable. TEAM PLAYER / MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL
- MUST be able to work the business hours
- WOULD prefer if someone that is staying close and have own car
EXTRA INFO:
Hours: 4x days per week 08H00-18H00
Saturdays: 08H00-14H00
We are closed on public holidays and Sundays
