Job Description
- MUST have Health & Skincare / Beauty Qualifications.
- 3-8 years working experience in a busy Salon/5 Star Spa as a Spa Manager.
- MUST have hands-on experience with ESP Systems, & good Administrative skills.
- MUST have hands-on experience with Spa Targets, Revenue, Stocktake/ Control, Spa Marketing, & Promotion.
- Experience in Stats, Figures, Audit & Generating revenue.
- MUST have experience with Staff Management, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Spa Operations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be motivated & have customer service experience.
- Must be Retail-driven.
- Knowledge of the Beauty industry is a MUST.
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE
