Duties:

• Lead credit lifecycle optimisation from loan origination to collections.
• Design and implement actuarial models to strengthen decision-making.
• Analyse operational and financial data to uncover opportunities for growth and efficiency.
• Provide actionable insights to leadership by bridging data with business outcomes.
• Build relationships across credit, operations, IT, and management to ensure strategic alignment

 
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:
 

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Honours / Postgrad in Actuarial Science or related analytical field.
• Nearly Qualified / Qualified Actuary (FASSA) or equivalent commerce professional.

 
Experience:

• 3+ years actuarial/quantitative work experience.
• Prior management or consulting experience a plus.
• Credit risk exposure highly valued.

 
 
Skills & Competencies:

• Advanced modelling and data interpretation.
• Commercially sharp with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Confident communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Leadership capability to motivate and guide teams.
