Job Summary
Our client is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join their organisation
Requirements:
- 5 Years Administrative experience within a manufacturing environment
- Own transport
- Qualifications in Administrative duties will be an advantage
- Strong communications and relations building skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- A firm grasp on data capturing
- Exemplary Microsoft Office skills especially within Excel
- Strong numerical competency
- Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- Work under pressure
Responsibilities:
- Organize, create and execute schedules and projects
- Uncompromising work quality and ethics
- Establish, promote, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Maintain and update records
- General administrative duties
