About the Role

Discover your potential as a Call Centre Sales Representative at Auto Pedigree, where you will join a dynamic leader in the car retail sales industry. As a professional and friendly representative, you will be patient and tolerant to work with internal and external customers, driving business growth, retention, and scale of new and existing customers through customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that clients are informed of the procedures of the company and applicable financial institutes regarding finance applications.
  • Respond promptly to the needs of customers and solicit feedback to improve service.
  • Attend to outbound and inbound calls with speed and efficiency.
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly management of sales.
  • Developing the business to reach set sales targets for the month.
  • Driving specific strategies to retain and grow existing customer base.
  • Ensuring customer escalation is managed and feedback is provided.
  • Update the Lead Management System with regards to feedback on leads.
  • Record all activities on the required reports.
  • Participate in sales and team meetings.
  • Participate in sales training.
  • Adhere to the policies and procedures of the company.

Requirements

  • 2 years of customer service and sales experience
  • Relevant industry experience is desirable
  • Computer literate with a high level of competence with Excel and Outlook
  • A valid South African ID document
  • A valid driver’s license

Qualifications

  • Grade 12/Senior Certificate
  • NCA accreditation
