About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to join our team in Midrand, South Africa. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and control designated sites and employees to ensure full compliance with SLAs, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Ensure consistent service delivery and operational effectiveness across all allocated sites.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and professional interaction.
  • Manage discipline, performance, and attendance within your teams.
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to maintain the highest operational standards.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports and feedback to management.

Requirements

  • RSA Citizen
  • Valid Drivers License and Own Reliable Transport
  • PSIRA Registered (Minimum Grade B)
  • Firearm Competency
  • Business Purposes Clear Criminal Record
  • PC Literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
