About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead our operations in Midrand, Gauteng. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing designated sites and employees to ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and service level agreements (SLAs). Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control designated sites and employees to ensure full compliance with SLAs, company policies, and industry standards.
- Ensure consistent service delivery and operational effectiveness across all allocated sites.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and professional interaction.
- Manage discipline, performance, and attendance within your teams.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to maintain the highest operational standards.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports and feedback to management.

- PSIRA Registered (Minimum Grade B)
