Job Description
Repairing and Rewinding:
Identifying and repairing or replacing damaged or burnt-out coils in electric motors.
Coil Winding:
Using coil-winding machines to create new coils with the correct number of turns and shape, based on provided diagrams.
Motor Assembly and Disassembly:
Disassembling motors, cleaning components, and reassembling them after repairs or rewinding.
Testing and Troubleshooting:
Utilizing various instruments to diagnose electrical issues and pinpoint faulty components.
Following Diagrams and Specifications:
Interpreting technical diagrams and specifications to ensure proper coil placement, connections, and overall motor functionality.
Maintaining Records:
Keeping detailed records of materials used and work performed during the repair or rewind process.
Ensuring Quality and Performance:
Testing and inspecting repaired or rewound motors to ensure optimal performance and adherence to quality standard
