Job Summary
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of general legal processes and Uniform Rules of the Court
- Basic knowledge of the High Court and Supreme Court Act and Rules, with the ability to calculate applicable time periods
- Able to draft notices and related legal documents
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Caselines and CourtOnline
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- LLB Degree
- 0-2 years of post-admission experience in a law firm (Corporate Litigation environment)
