Key Responsibilities: Process supplier invoices, payments, and credit notes with accuracy and timeliness. Maintain reconciled cashbooks, supplier accounts, and bank statements. Manage and update the fixed asset register, ensuring that all assets are properly recorded and verified. Prepare management reports, budget schedules, and inter-company reconciliations. Process customer invoices, credit notes, and receipts while assisting with debtors follow-ups. Prepare and submit VAT, EMP, and income tax returns for the relevant entities. Support cash flow reporting, assist with payment release schedules, and coordinate audit preparation. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and all statutory requirements. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Grade 12 with Accounting plus a Certificate or Diploma in Bookkeeping/Accounting (or equivalent). Experience: 57 years experience in bookkeeping or accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role. Systems: Proficient in Sage X3, Excel, and Microsoft Office. Skills: Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, organisation, and analytical ability.
