• Design, develop, and maintain data-driven applications, APIs, and ETL pipelines using Python, Java, SQL, and PySpark.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines with CodeBuild and GitHub Actions, implement test-driven development, and ensure test automation using tools like Playwright.
• Deploy applications and infrastructure using Terraform and IaC principles.
• Work with AWS services (S3, Lambda, EMR, Glue, Athena, DynamoDB, Fargate, IAM, API Gateway) to build scalable solutions.
• Conduct system testing, parallel runs, audits, and prepare technical documentation per ISO standards.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, refine stories and epics, and contribute to system architecture and design decisions.
• Assist with business POCs, risk management, and 3rd-level support.

 
What You Bring:

• 7+ years in Back End Development
• 3+ years’ experience in Python, including decorators, advanced class manipulation, and dependency injection.
• 3+ years’ experience with AWS development (API Gateway, Lambda, Glue, EMR, S3, DynamoDB, Fargate, Athena, IAM).
• Experience in software development, ETL pipelines, SQL, and data-driven programming.
• Familiarity with test automation, CI/CD, Git branching strategies, and Docker containers.
• Advantageous: knowledge of Palantir Foundry, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView), Kafka/data streaming, security best practices, and ITSM processes.
• Relevant IT or Engineering degree.
• AWS certification (Developer Associate or Solutions Architect) is a plus.
