Job Vacancy: Boilermaker Supervisor

Boilermaker Supervisor to oversee operations in Gauteng. As a Mid-Career Contractor reporting to Operations, you will be responsible for managing manpower deployment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring production targets are met.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure adequate deployment of manpower and work quality per procedures and client requirements
• Manage and monitor boilermakers’ performance to maintain production and quality targets
• Build strong internal and external relationships, handle conflicts, and lead mechanical fitters
• Comply with safety training and regulations, read technical drawings for quality control

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 with English, Maths/Science/Technical Drawings
• Recognised Boilermaker Trade Test
• Supervisory Certificate (advantageous)
• Minimum years’ experience in a supervisory capacity
• Client screening for stamp number
