What you will be doing:

• Elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagements.
• Analyse current-state and future-state business processes.
• Translate requirements into user stories, use cases, process flows, and specifications.
• Work closely with development, testing, and project teams throughout delivery.
• Support testing, implementation, and user adoption activities.
• Ensure requirements traceability and alignment with business objectives.

What we are looking for:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Analysis, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience working within banking or financial services environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.
