Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagements.
- Analyse current-state and future-state business processes.
- Translate requirements into user stories, use cases, process flows, and specifications.
- Work closely with development, testing, and project teams throughout delivery.
- Support testing, implementation, and user adoption activities.
- Ensure requirements traceability and alignment with business objectives.
What we are looking for:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Analysis, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience working within banking or financial services environments.
- Strong analytical thinking, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.
