Requirements: 

• Proven experience in business development / new business sales
• Courier or logistics industry experience is essential
• Strong hunter mentality with a passion for closing deals
• Ability to sell a tangible service/product, not just relationship management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-focused
• Proven Sales Track Record
• Valid drivers licence and own reliable vehicle
