They partner with reputable dealerships nationwide and manage the acquisition and financing of premium vehicles on behalf of their clients. With a focus on seamless service and a commitment to making luxury accessible, they help clients choose the right vehicle, craft suitable terms and payments, and eliminate unexpected costs or market-risks from the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the luxury vehicle rental/automotive sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and dealership partners.
- Manage and grow existing key accounts, ensuring continued satisfaction, retention and growth.
- Conduct thorough client-needs assessments and probe strategically to pre-qualify leads.
- Actively visit clients and prospects spending time in the field to generate leads and maintain relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams remotely, providing regular updates and participating in daily virtual meetings.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
- Track, manage, and report on sales performance, pipeline activity and conversion metrics.
- Promote the brand and its offerings through social media engagement and industry networks.
- Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm at trade shows, dealership visits and client meetings.
Key Requirements:
- Matric + Diploma in sales/marketing (preferred)
- Experience in business development, sales or account management within the automotive or luxury-vehicle sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented, professional demeanour with the ability to represent the brand effectively.
- Goal-oriented and target-driven, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-starter who takes initiative, manages time effectively and works independently.
- Social-media savvy – able to leverage platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram) to raise brand awareness, generate leads and engage prospects.
- Must be comfortable being out on the road regularly, visiting clients, dealerships and prospects.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
