About the Role
Our client, a leading healthcare institution in South Africa, is seeking an experienced Head of Nursing Department to lead their nursing team in Johannesburg, with relocation and accommodation assistance available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Master’s degree in Nursing Administration or related field preferred.
- Valid nursing license or registration.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in nursing management or administration, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Proven track record of effective team leadership, staff development, and performance management.
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in nursing practice, patient care delivery, and quality improvement initiatives.
